What began as a burden for souls has become a global movement reaching people across the United States — from California to Baltimore, Nashville, Atlanta, Chicago, and Las Vegas — and across the world, including Singapore, Ghana, Israel, Kenya, and the United Kingdom.Under Pastor Leonard’s leadership, CDL Global Ministries has launched life-changing programs such as Chain Breakers: Back to the Basics, Fire & Focus: A Journey of Fasting, 911 Prayer, Bible Study Hangouts, and Penthouse Worship.Each platform is designed to equip and empower believers to become Creative Divine Leaders — spiritually grounded, kingdom-focused, and purpose-driven.
