To break chains, build faith, and raise Creative Divine Leaders who impact the world for Christ.
At CDL Global Ministries, our mission is to lead people into spiritual freedom through Jesus Christ, cultivating growth, strength, and Kingdom authority in every believer.Through prayer, fasting, worship, and the teaching of God’s Word, we create spaces where lives are transformed, foundations are restored, and leaders are equipped to walk boldly in purpose.

To cultivate a global community of believers who walk in freedom, authority, and divine purpose — transforming lives, families, and nations through the power of God’s Word.
Our vision is to see God’s people rise up as Creative Divine Leaders — believers who are spiritually grounded, faith-filled, and courageous enough to lead change in their homes, churches, and communities.We believe that when believers are equipped and empowered, revival and restoration will follow across generations and nations.
What It Means to Be a Creative Divine Leader (CDL)
Though CDL represents the initials of our founder, Carleta D. Leonard, God revealed that it also represents the heart of this movement — the call to raise up Creative Divine Leaders.
Creative Divine Leaders are believers who carry a Kingdom assignment to build, create, and lead through divine inspiration. They are not limited to the pulpit — they are teachers, artists, entrepreneurs, intercessors, and innovators who influence the world for Christ.
These leaders are called to:
