Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid in full at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment. Payments are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in a forfeiture of your session fee. 3. Late Policy If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients. After 15 minutes, the session may be marked as a no-show and forfeited. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or missed appointments, are non-refundable and will be charged the full session rate. 5. Confidentiality All sessions are private and confidential in accordance with professional ethics and state regulations. Information shared will not be disclosed unless required by law (for example, risk of harm to self or others). 6. Professional Scope Christian Counseling integrates Biblical principles with licensed therapeutic practices. Sessions focus on emotional healing, spiritual growth, and mental wellness. This service is not for crisis intervention or medical emergencies. 7. Emergency Disclaimer If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately. 8. Recording & Privacy Sessions may only be recorded with mutual consent. Unauthorized recording or distribution of any session material is strictly prohibited.
