Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid in full at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment. Payments are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future session if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a forfeiture of your session fee. 3. Late Policy If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients. After 15 minutes, the session may be marked as a no-show and forfeited. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 5. Confidentiality All sessions are kept confidential. Information shared during coaching will not be disclosed unless required by law or with your written consent. 6. Purpose of Coaching Faith-Based Life Coaching provides spiritual and practical guidance for personal growth, purpose, and leadership. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. 7. Recording Disclaimer Sessions may be recorded only with mutual consent for note-taking or review purposes. Unauthorized recording is not permitted.
